Lubemater ST-CH Continuous Caster Grease
Lubemater ST-CH continuous casting machine grease employs a tetraurea compound as thickener, combined with high-viscosity refined mineral oil and a unique additive package, processed through specialized techniques. Its exceptional high-temperature resistance, water resistance, and heavy-load performance make it particularly suitable for lubricating and protecting critical components such as molds, segments, and straightening units in steel industry continuous casting operations.
It is mainly suitable for the bearing lubrication of steel ladle turrets, secondary cooling zones, arc segments, straightening segments, and transfer roller tables in various slab and special-shaped billet continuous casting machines.

Core Advantage
1) Superior high-temperature anti-coking capability, resisting coking and hardening in high-temperature radiant heat bearings.
2) Excellent water resistance and anti-emulsification properties, maintaining consistency without thinning or running off under heavy water spray conditions.
3) Outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, ensuring continuous and smooth operation of conveyor roller bearings without seizing or excessive wear.
4) Excellent pumpability, suitable for long-distance centralized lubrication systems, with minimal risk of hardening or pipe blockage.
